the kid was tripping on LSD, fell off a bridge, broke his back and most likly was being aggresive. my friends fell off a 3 story building nad broke his back and got right up and even tryed to hide from cops that were trying to help him. kid is just another drugged out teen trying to get money off the PD

@emadex How convenient that they chose a drug that can’t be tested for. Maybe the kid was on drugs, but how would they have known it was LSD. Do they have druggo vision? This wreaks of a cover up.
There is pretty much no conceivable situation in which tazering someone 19 times in a row would be reasonable, especially since they wouldn’t be moving much by the 2nd or 3rd time..

Google Robert Jordan and New London Police. IMO, the problem with cops today is the cowards. Too many guys with “little man complex” become cops for the respect they never got on the playground. They hope the badge and gun (and the Taser) will make them brave. It never works. The cops in this case were actually AFRAID because they were too stupid to understand what was happening. So they Tasered the injured guy repeatedly.
Cops who Taser a guy on the ground are COWARDS.
