http://AthleticFoundations.com I followed my son around at this great aprk in Brampton. Can you list all the benefits he’s receiving from his free unstructured play. I know, there are a lot. Not only is he receiving a ton of physical benefits that will help him be fit and athletic for life, he’s also having a great time. Developing fitness and athletics in kids should always be FUN. Afterall, kids learn best when they’re having fun an they’ll want to keep doing it.
